Vary a full licence to abstract

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Tarmac Trading Limited to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number 24/67/8/0047.

The variation applied for is to move the point of abstraction in Dolfechlas Brook to National Grid Reference SJ 19813 67678, change the purpose of abstraction to dust suppression and wheel wash, and reduce the authorised quantities to 17.28m3 per hour, 205.2m3 per day and 58,687.2m3 per year.
